Rate: Generally there is no charge for basic phone support.
Normally the most cost effective repair. This is also the preferred option for certain issues. Virus infections or hard drive failure are two examples appropriate for depot service.
Rate: $30 per half hour. (One half hour minimum for desktops / towers, one hour minimum for laptops) Billed on one-half hour increments after the minimum charge.
Appropriate for businesses and individuals with systems that provide important daily functions.Network / Internet connection issues, printing problems, or server issues generally need testing in their operating environment.
Rate: $75 per hour including portal-to-portal travel time (round trip from our shop). Billed on full hour increments. Partial hours are rounded up.
When we can address an issue remotely, you initiate a connection to us. Via remote control our technicians can perform the necessary actions needed. When finished, all connection means are terminated removing any security risk to you. When appropriate, this type of service provides the fastest response to your problem.
Rate: $75 per hour for personal systems and workstations, $90 per hour for servers. Billed on quarter hour increments. This service also eliminates travel charges associated with on-site service.
